We founded our company in 2003 as a limited liability company. We started with a limited service list but have expanded into a broad spectrum of drug testing and policy consultation services. Our headquarters are located in Cookeville, Tennessee and 100% of our staff are certified professional collectors.

Our History
Chip Lewis, owner and President of Premier Drug Compliance LLC, started his law enforcement career as a patrolman for the Manchester Police Department in 1994. In 1998 he began employment with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation. As a special agent with the TBI Chip was assigned to the Drug Investigation Division where he conducted numerous investigations and worked as an undercover drug agent. Chip has received training from the DEA, FBI, and the U.S. Department of Justice. He has also been certified by the Federal Government to dismantle and recognize Methamphetamine labs. Chip is certified as a collector and instructor in accordance to DOT 49CFR 40 to collect urinalysis and hair specimens for drug screening in addition to being certified as a BAT (Breath Alcohol Technician). After a career with the TBI Chip noticed a lack of professional, fast, and personalized drug testing services thus Premier Drug Testing and Compliance was born.
